Not 100% satisfied with your recent NA-KD purchase? We are happy to accept returns on items that are in original condition, within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Returned items must not be used, washed or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item/s will be sent back to you.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on swimwear, lingerie or earrings (unless your item arrived damaged or is deemed faulty).
The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It’s a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning, and obtain proof of postage.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
Refunds usually take 2 – 3 weeks to be received and processed. We will keep in touch with you along the way and send you an email once it’s all done.
NA-KD offers free returns.
If the goods are damaged when delivered you can send them back and get a full refund.
'3 for 2' campaign - Return Policy
If you make a purchase from NA-KD’s ‘3 for 2’ campaign and want to return an item:
If the item you return is the item that you got for free and not charged for, then you will not be refunded for that item.
If the item you want to return is one of the items you paid for, then you need to also include the free item in your return, otherwise NA-KD will send you an invoice for that item if you wish to keep it.
