To return your order, register your return through our Return Portal at na-kd.com/returns and follow the steps below:
- Repack your items in the delivery bag
- Stick the return label you have received with your order, onto your return parcel
- Follow the instructions provided below or in the Return Portal to send it back to us
Note that you cannot return your order using a regular mailbox. Only items from the same order can be sent back in the same parcel. Always save the return receipt until your refund has been confirmed.
Please note, you will not be sent a return label through the return portal. If you need a new return label, please contact us HERE.
DHL
Simply attach your included return label to the outside of your parcel and hand it in at a DHL Service Point. You can find your closest Service Point HERE.
For parcels delivered directly to a DHL Service Point you no longer receive a return label, as the parcel shop will print the label for you.
Budbee
- Go to the Budbee app and find the order you want to return
- Click on "Book a return"
- Select via a parcel locker, and book the desired box. You will receive a PIN code that you need to enter at the box display.
Please note that no return label is needed for returns with Budbee.
