You are welcome to return products that are in original condition within 15 days of receiving the order. We will charge a return fee of 4,95 EUR. If you return 4 or more items from your order, you will be charged 1 EUR per extra item. Read more HERE.

To return your order, register your return through our Return Portal at na-kd.com/returns and follow the steps below:

1. Repack your items in the delivery bag
2. Stick the return label you have received with your order, onto your return parcel
3. Follow the instructions provided below or in the Return Portal to send it back to us

Note that you cannot return your order using a regular mailbox. Only items from the same order can be sent back in the same parcel. Always save the return receipt until your refund has been confirmed.

DHL

Simply attach your included return label to the outside of your parcel and hand it in at a DHL Service Point. You can find your closest Service Point HERE.
