To return your order, register your return through our Return Portal at na-kd.com/returns and follow the steps below:
- Repack your items in the delivery bag
- Stick the return label you have received with your order, onto your return parcel
- Follow the instructions provided below or in the Return Portal to send it back to us
Please note, you will not be sent a return label through the return portal.
If you placed your order with Budbee, you will not receive a return label, please follow the instructions below. For all other carriers there should always be a return label included, if it’s missing please contact us HERE.
Note that you cannot return your order using a regular mailbox. Only items from the same order can be sent back in the same parcel. Always save the return receipt until your refund has been confirmed.
GLS
Simply attach your included return label to the outside of your parcel and hand it in at a GLS parcel shop. You can find your closest GLS parcel shop HERE.
Instabox
- Click on the link in the text message you received from Instabox - Can't find the link? Go to instabox.dk/return and enter your phone number or parcel ID. Follow the instructions from Instabox and then leave the package in your chosen Instabox.
Budbee
- Go to the Budbee app and find the order you want to return
- Click on "Book a return"
- Select via a parcel locker, and book the desired box. You will receive a PIN code that you need to enter at the box display.
Please note that no return label is needed for returns with Budbee.
